What was my "A-Ha" moment?  Looking at the pictures from my cruise around Mexico! I couldnt believe how awful and fat i was!  I knew i was fat, but i would not acknowledge it.

Why am I doing Weight Watchers? I'm doing Weight Watchers because,  I'm fat. I've been overweight for over half of my life.  I dont even remeber the last time i willingly looked into the mirror.

When did I join Weight Watchers? I joined Weight Watchers March 2009.  I felt so in control after I left the meeting, and I haven't looked back. I attended meetings at work, with the at work progrm.

How many pounds have I lost so far? Check my graph on the home page.  It has been hard, and I know will continue to be hard to loose.  But my mum always tells me, you didnt gain all the weight in one day... it will take time....

What is my favorite low points snack food? 100 calorie Doritos!

What do I do for motivation? I surf the web for new web weight loss web sites, and also visit the weight loss sites that I have been lurking about for the past year.  I think about what the future will be like!
