What Exercising?!?!?!

At this point my excersice consists of me going to the gym 4-5 times a week and using the bike and the eliptical.

I also have started using my WII active.  I love it.  It is more of a work out then anything I have ever done!

What i would like to do is go to aquafit! I love aquafit, but I am too embarassed to go on my own.  So any aquafit fans out there that want to go with me, let me know!

Flexibility exercises

 (e.g. stretching) Are an important component of an exercise routine. They help prevent injury and improve performance, but burn few calories and do not have major weight benefits.
